Do I need to schedule an appointment?
~Due to the guidelines we are following to keep our customers and employees safe, we currently do require appointments on Saturdays and strongly recommend appointments on weekdays. This way, we can guarantee that we have a sanitized fitting room ready and a bridal consultant available to assist you while you shop. This will ensure that you have the best possible experience when you come to find your bridal gown, bridesmaids dress, or mothers dress.
When should I order my gown?
~While each designer works differently, we recommend that you place an order for your bridal gown 10-12 months prior to your wedding date. For bridesmaids and mothers gowns, we recommend that you order 7-8 months before the wedding date. This ensures that you and your girls will have enough time to have alterations done on your gowns. If your wedding date is sooner than these recommended times, there are rush and stock options available as well.
How long is a bridal appointment?
~Appointments are scheduled for an hour and a half, which is typically a comfortable amount of time to try on a selection of styles and narrow down to your favorites. Your consultant will help keep you on track and find your dream gown!
What should I bring with me for my bridal appointment?
~You don't need to bring anything, but some brides feel more comfortable envisioning the completed look if they bring a strapless bra and a shoe that is comparable to what they will be wearing on their wedding day. We have longline strapless bras available for use during your appointment as well, if needed.
Can we bring champagne or other food and drinks to our appointment?
~While we love the idea of celebrating together, we ask that you refrain from bringing any food or drink to the store. All of our sample gowns are available to purchase off the floor, so we need to take extra special care of our inventory.
Can we take pictures?
~Of course! We encourage you to take lots of pictures when you find your dream gown. There are some occasions when pictures are not permitted, but your consultant will let you know if that is the case.
How does the alteration process work?
~We partner with a number of very talented seamstresses in the Green Bay area including Exclusive Alterations, Jackie of Sew Jackie, and Gina of Uniquely Yours. They all have over 30 years of formalwear experience and typically require 4-5 months prior to the wedding for alterations on bridal gowns and 2-3 months for bridesmaids and mothers gowns. To schedule an appointment, you can contact any of the seamstresses directly!
What safety precautions are you following related to COVID-19?
~The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority! We are sanitizing all high contact areas and fitting rooms before and after every appointment and have hand sanitizer available throughout the store. We will also be doing everything possible to maintain social distancing throughout any appointments.
Are face masks required?
~Per the new CDC guidelines, individuals who have been fully vaccinated do not need to wear a face covering. As a result, face coverings will not be required if employees and customers are fully vaccinated. If an individual is not fully vaccinated, we are strongly recommending that a face covering be worn to keep both employees and customers from spreading COVID. If you feel more comfortable with your consultant wearing a mask during your appointment, we are more than happy to accommodate that request!
Is there a limit to how many people I can bring with me?
~In order to maintain social distancing throughout the store, we are currently limiting the number of guests you can bring. Bridal appointments will be allowed up to four guests on Saturday appointments and up to six guests on weekday (Monday-Friday) appointments. Bridesmaids appointments will be allowed up to four guests on Saturday appointments and up to six guests on weekday (Monday-Friday) appointments. We would love to allow more guests, but our seating areas are limited to keep within the guidelines of 6 feet apart. We are happy to help you video chat with anyone who is unable to join you!
What is your return policy?
~Unfortunately, each purchase is a final sale. Every gown is a special order and once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. Because of this, we cannot accept any returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
